RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30 day returns policy, this means you have 30 days to return the item/s for a store credit if returned within 30 days of the purchase.

Please note we do not offer refunds on change of mind, only for faulty items if returned within 30 days of purchase.

Terms and Conditions regarding returns:

  • All items must have tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must not have been worn or washed, no smell of perfume, no make-up, no fake tan, no pet or human hair (no sign of wear).
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.
  • We will not be able to offer returns on items that are not in their original condition.

  • Items that do not meet the original condition standard will only be returned to the customer if the postage fee is paid
  • Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit, so please make sure sizing is correct
  • Print off this returns form
  • Drop the parcel at your nearest post office and keep hold of the tracking information
  • Store credit will be issued only once returned, and if all conditions of the return policy are met


Faulty Items:

We're so sorry you received a faulty item! Please know that our top priority is our customers' happiness, and we are committed to resolving this for you.

  • Please lodge a faulty item return within 30 days of purchase.
  • Print off faulty returns form.
  • Drop the parcel at your nearest post office and keep hold of your tracking information. Once the item has been returned to us, our team will thoroughly inspect and review it.Ā If the item is faulty you will be given the option of a replacement if available or a refund. If refund is chosen we will also reimburse shipping costs.
